Get assessed

Call Medicaid to begin the assessment. A nurse will visit you at home to determine if you are eligible for PCS in Nevada and how many weekly hours of care may be approved.

Choose a caregiver

Choose a family member, friend, or neighbour who you trust to provide your care.

You get care. They get paid.

You receive the support you need, and your chosen caregiver gets paid for providing approved care.

What are Personal Care Services?

Personal Care Services can help an eligible person with the everyday activities that support safe, independent living at home. Depending on the approved plan, that may include personal routines, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.
